Our grandson was scared of getting his hair cut but their is a barber named Mike he made our grandson feel comfortable and treated him like a young man and talked to him he went last Sunday and got up treatment. He's ready to go back

Brittney is very professional. Excellent haircut, hair wash and the head massage was awesome. Didn't want to leave. Very comfortable and great atmosphere. Love the staff and TV's. But need more chairs, my only suggestion.

I was given a card for a free MVP haircut for first time clients and I took my son there. He was super excited and looking forward to getting the MVP experience. I personally handed the card to the stylist so they knew what he wanted. While my Son's haircut turned out nice, he however did NOT receive the MVP treatment and left disappointed. Yes, he was a new client. His stylist didn't even talk to him during his appointment. Just cut his hair, brushed him off and walked him up. Said to me, zero dollars today. No, thank you or anything. I of course tipped but I'm not sure if the stylist was annoyed by all the free haircuts and maybe getting no tips but definitely not how you treat clientele, especially new ones. Not sure if I'll be returning.
Mel is Great!
We’ve been taking our son there for over 7 years. She’s usually busy and we usually just go with the next available, but Mel always helps and makes sure he’s taken care of. Thank you Mel.
