I’ve been coming to this location for years - never had an issue. I had a botched haircut from Ashley, and when I came all the way back to get it fixed, I came home to find portions of my hair still messed up. I ended up shaving my head as I didn’t want to head back a 3rd time, or go to another barber as it definitely wasn’t going to be fixable. It’s unfortunate, and things happen, but it was an experience that I didn’t quite enjoy. To hear her say that she didn’t have much experience with flat tops is understandable, but she shouldn’t have taken on the job if that’s something she couldn’t accomplish.
Jessica Cash is a fabulous hair cutter. She has been styling my hair for a decade at three different Sports Clips locations and always does a great job
Also as a two tour Vietnam veteran I especially appreciate the free cut on Veterans Day. Keep up the good work and your commitment to our community.

The lady who cut my grandson’s hair was very nice, professional and talented. Unfortunately, the lady who checked us in was unfriendly and borderline rude - I wish I knew her name so I could share it with you. Her bad attitude colored our perception.

Charity is great. It’s the reservation system that I have a problem with. This has happened more than once. I arrive at the store and the board shows I have 6 minutes to wait for Charity. A guy in the store has 5 minutes to First Available.
One of the other stylists takes too long with her customer, so Charity finishes first. Now the guy ahead of me gets called by Charity and my time on the board goes from 6 minutes to 28 minutes. I told Charity I want to cancel.
We worked it out in this case. But it was uncomfortable. It’s happened before with someone else and it did not work out.
