Everything the stylist did
I like the tech: being able to easily get on the waiting list via the app, and that my preferences are stored with my account so each stylist knows what to do. I also think the MVP experience is fantastic.
I like the app, knowing the wait time. Since I hate making appointments for a haircut.

Wait times are generally over 60 min and that’s for 1st available. Most salons are equipped with 6 chairs but never have more than 3 stylists working.
This results is someone new always cutting my hair and there is no consistency with the way I look leaving the chair.
The capability to go online and see the wait time for a specific stylist.

This is an incredible location. It’s friendly, welcoming, and well run. Jess and Angela are wonderful stylists. Our youngest son was having a tough time getting his hair cut and they did everything they could to make sure he left with a fresh cut and smile. Thank you! This is our new family spot.
It's a complete package and makes you feel pampered but in a manly way. Summer cut my hair and she's great. She records what I want from cut to cut. Very happy.
I like that I've had haircuts from different stylist and still happy w the end result, however, if Savanah wasnt there I'd probably just get it done somewhere closer to my home. She takes her time and is very attentive to detail!
