Different waiting chairs, the metal fold ups are not comfortable especially when waiting for longer periods

First time I went stylist really took her time for the mvp. Next time very rushed. Never layered in haircut. Would like to go back and fix but if I do I'll probably go to a different sport clips.

I got there late in the day because the app told me that there was a 40 minute wait. I felt very rushed when my son was getting a haircut. The staff was not friendly, and looked more annoyed that they had one last cut to do before they went home.

Savannah is the best. She listens to what you want and delivers. She's so personable. I drive an extra 30 mins to see her.

My son's school requires students' hair to be short, I took him here on their recommendation. We NEVER been to a sports clips before, ever and after this experience we won't be coming back anytime soon.
The haircut itself is just ok. It wasn't until I overheard one stylist checking out her customer telling him that since this location just opened that the haircut is " on the house."
I was expecting my son's stylist to inform us of the same and I intended to tip her well but instead she said the cost of his hair cut would be $23.00!
I confronted her with why the other artist was telling her clients that their cuts were free but ours was not and she made some poor excuse like if our number was in the system it could show up on their end. Something REAL stupid and her explanation did not make any sense.

I handed her a " coupon" for a " free" haircut my son's teacher gave him anyway and ended up still giving her a tip. (I'm not that petty).
I would like an explanation as to why she would try to charge us, my poor son asked me after we left if "it's because of our race." ( we are half white but you can tell we are Hispanic). I never hear my young son bring up the subject because as a family we don't have any reason to discuss these things as we never have any problems where we live. This whole situation really doesn't make any sense and that was my son's conclusion. It's very sad if that's the case. Please discuss with the lady with the green hair, she was his stylist.
