My haircut on 9/8 was terrible. There are blotchy areas where it was supposed to be blended properly. I did not have time to complain or have them fix this as I was on the way to the airport to catch a flight. I’ve been using sport clips for many years but after this terrible haircut I think I’m done using sport clips. Honestly I think I’m owed a refund. I have pictures that I took right after the hair cut if you want to see. Stylist did not even use a mirror to show me the back of my head as I’m sure she knew that it was a very poor result. The hair dresser needs more experience to give a proper haircut.
The products I've tried so far have been superior to over the counter products I've purchased from local stores. Your services- I really enjoy the VIP treatment along with the great haircut I can be sure of getting each and every time, thanks to your associate Ashley. She's the best !!!
When I call for an appointment and given a time to arrive, I’m called within 5 minutes of quoted time.

Very comfortable, made for me. I enjoy the haircut while watching sports. I always get an MVP, and my boys (15 and 11) enjoy it as well (I always get them triple play - make sure their hair is really washed!). The best add was online registering, saves alot of time from waiting int he location, especially when booking 3 of us at once.
Roxanne was very professional and is a great Sports Clip employee. We had an enjoyable discussion during the service. Very pleased with the haircut.
