The lady that cut my hair unfortunately didn’t know what she was doing. I asked for a Taper fade and she gave me a straight buzz cut. I asked her to to leave the top of my hair and she insists on cutting the top, and she did cut the top of my hair after I told her twice not to cut it. It was very upsetting that she could not cut my hair nor listen when I asked her to leave certain areas of my hair alone. I am no longer interested in going to sports clips anymore. I do appreciate facility and hard working staff, everything is nicely kept. What could be improved is learning the different styles of cuts and terminology.
Worse hair cut i have ever gotten
Super easy to get a cut here. Everyone is nice and does great job. The very quick and efficient with the cut and I am always satisfied with the outcome.
We (my 7 year old son, my 10 year old daughter, and myself) had a wonderful experience yesterday! It all started with talking on the phone with the owner who was very nice and helpful! When we arrived everyone was friendly. Felicia was very knowledgeable and kind and did a wonderful job with my daughter and my hair! Mimi did a great job with my son's very fine hair. They both took their time and truly seemed to care. We will definitely be going back next time we need our hair cut. Thank you!!!
