I am a regular customer at this location. I have noticed a signifigant decrease in service & professionalism in the recent months, apparently there has been a overhaul in the management and staffing of this location. I used the phone app recently, & went thru the check in process. I checked in, came in and logged into the kiosk, then was asked to have a seat . . Where I sat for about 35-40 minutes. . Seems this negates the entire premiss of the " check-in" process. . Anyways my regular stylist didnt work there any longer, ( which I found out on my previous visit, ) so I had to start over with learning names and allowing myself to be serviced by a new person. I doubt that I will return again . . I may seek out another Sport Clips location but honstly, I will probably start seeking an entirely different venue for my haircuts. . I'm not sure what happened or whos call it was, but the previous staff was better and seemed to be thriving as it was always busy when i was there. .
Maybe new management & restaffing was not a good decision because it lost this customer. .
