It’s nice to see a new manager at this location. The new manager, Kelsey, is amazing. She certainly knows her stuff. You are lucky to have her. She gave me some recommendations as I wanted to change my style and I love what she did. She took the time to really understand my type of hair. Then the MVP was sooo good I had to get 2 more! She recommended new product for my new style so I had to get that too. If you could copy Kelsey your stores would be winners!

My hair was cut exactly how I asked and everything turned out great. I always enjoy the MVP treatment after my cut and did a double treatment this time. Cost me about the same (or less) than in a barber shop and that's with the extras included. Clean establishment with a nice atmosphere and I even got to watch a bit of soccer! I will be back.

Basically, the immediacy of getting an appointment. In planning my day earlier in the week, I wanted to make an appointment but couldn't do it. An option to do that would be good.

Haircut and service is always great. Price increase would make me look elsewhere for a haircut though. Considerate kind of pricey compared to competitors.
