This was my first time with Nasrin and I like her a lot. She's moved to the top of my list.

When I checked in online and had an opportunity to choose my stylist, it showed two that were actually already off duty or were finishing up their last customers and were about to be off duty. They were two I like and I chose one of them. When I arrived, I was disappointed to learn that they were both leaving and neither was available. I did not want the other available stylist and I was about to leave but took a chance on Nasrin and I was very pleased.

Please update your online check-in system to recognize when a stylist is about to leave, and don't offer that stylist to me when I'm checking in. Thanks.
