I like the standardization of classes... you know basically what you are getting

Visiting home (Hawaii)for the holidays and I always love taking sculpt classes while home as a change to my crossfit routine in california. The studio is always clean and full of energy. My favorite instructor is Troy. He is amazing. His dedication and passion for his craft is infectious.

I love the classes the studio offers, especially sculpt. Most importantly the teachers Talaya, Troy, Max, & Leana really know how to bring. Not to mention there music ROCKS!! It's my happy place.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are clean and staff are very encouraging in and outside of the class. The space is a little small, but easy to get around.

I like the hours you can always fit in a class either before or after work. I love HPF.

Frequency of classes. As a parent, I often have short, unpredictable windows of time in which to squeeze in a yoga class. The sheer number of classes at Core Power is my favorite feature.

All the yoga classes are fun, really nice and well orientated by the instructors. They are all good prepared, profesionals and friendly.

CPY have several classes at different levels so you have the chance to go any time and practice according to your skills and how you feel for the practice on a particular day.

Place is beautiful and really clean.

Most challenging yoga classes I've ever taken and with amazing instructors. After only 2 classes, I'm hooked. The Ward Hawaii team is super friendly and provide a great customer experience.

I like that it is a 2-minute walk from my condo. I also like that you have classes throughout the day so I can always find one that fits my schedule. I am new to yoga, so the atmosphere has been very accepting and unintimidating. Actually, all of the instructors have a very good feel for helping when they think you need it, but also to let you try/do things on your own so you don't feel patronized or singled out in class.

friendly staff

Although the customer service wasn't great, my experience in the studio is what gave it a 9. I was relaxed and didn't feel out of place despite not being at the same level as everyone else. The establishment is well organized and very clean so that's another reason for my score.
