Instructors are great!
Classes are not only Strictly Yoga, like Yoga sculpt. I love Yoga, but also I love cardio. I can choose the class what I feel like to do, and have fun always. Instructors are always helpful and cheerful. Black Tag is the greatest deal. I'm glad I came to CPY, and I can participate those classes.

I like the availability of sculpt classes and certain instructors that are friendly and passionate about what they do. I also like that the studio replaces the weights and yoga blocks when they get old and smelly.
