I love the instructors, especially Talaya, Chris, Max and Roger. I always get a great workout. The music selections are motivating and the variety in moves helps each class go by quickly. This is the first time I've ever enjoyed exercising.

Classes are great. Teachers are good. Keep it up with the cleaning and have the girls and boys dust a bit more.... :)

Sorry for the length,
1) I love how clean the facility is. Even the carpet stays clean with the numerous people that come and go. Bathrooms are always perfect and smell good.

2) The staff. The instructors are always very friendly, and smile, and never are fake to you. I went to the Ward Center location, and the Russian lady was unbelievable. Very personable, and a great attitude, even outside of class.

3) The military discount. Not many people offer that, and even if you are slightly higher than other places, the fact you have one makes me, and my friends continue going.

I like being able to work out while on vacation. Being a black tag member and being able to attend other studios while out of town is awesome ;)

Lots of amenities that are clean, well stocked. The studio is professional and every instructor I've ever had is extremely knowledgeable and understanding of students needs.

Ashley is simply amazing. She knows you're name as soon as you walk into the studio. And she soothing and therapeutic to the soul. The yoga studio is always clean and fabulous
