Student Testimonials
I particularly like a few instructors who teach the class by actually teaching rather than calling out poses. On another note, sometimes the music in Yoga Sculpt overpowers the instructor and if you're not an "expert" or familiar with the specific instructors style, you end up following your neighbor. I'd prefer following the instructor. Thank you for asking!
Clean, great instructors, friendly front desk staff.
Love the classes and the vibe
Central location, easy to find parking, class times work well with my schedule
The instructors are fantastic
I really loved the studio at Ward. Uliana was so warm and welcoming for my first class!
I like the robust offering of classes. Staff has always been welcoming!
I love the yoga wear! Its so comfortable!
The CPY instructors are excellent!
The facility is so clean and doesn't smell like some of the other facilities.. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Will be signing up for a package of classes soon. I'm a first timer and really liked the experience. I felt cleansed and invigorated. Thank you for the guest pass.
Great teachers positive attitude with positive vibes, kind.
Love the ease of going back after a long hiatus--no hassle sign ups, friendly staff, awesome instructors, clean studio (except rental mat had funky smell once...happens!). I convinced my travel buddy to go with me to her 1st Yoga Sculpt class and she loved it too. Thank you for the generous offers you have too.
Lots of classes through out the day
The instructors were really great! And the class flow was perfect
I am excited to start my yoga learning at the ward location. It was very warm and inviting for my first time!
Friendly staff, different options and great schedule
I really enjoy the diversity of classes at CorePower and that each teacher brings their own experience and unique style to each class.
My main studio is Ward. The facilities are really clean.
At times I feel like there are too many people in the classes. Also waiting to get into the yoga studio and finding a place to put down my mat can be a little stressful. It would also be nice to have more lockers installed in the women's bathroom.
Overall I am very pleased and continue to attend class and recommend CorePower to friends.
Music
Great teachers, consistent schedule.
Convenient location with good parking and places to eat and shop next door. Modern, clean spaces. Not too hot! Supportive instructors.
The facility, instructors and other participants together make a good synergistic environment for you to seek and find your best yoga experience.
The staff is amazing!
Everyone is friendly and welcoming
It's close to work, the instructors are super positive and energetic, and the work outs are great!
Customer service
It is so nice to have a studio so close to where I live...Honolulu/Waikiki. The location accessible to parking is wonderful. I find often the lobby is full of people waiting for the next class. I like that there are classes throughout the day. I have the luxury of being able to go to an earlier class during the less peak times.
I get so much out of each class I attend. No two same level class is the same even with the same instructor. The variety keeps me going and understanding yoga and concepts not to mention how it helps me to get my daily quota of exercise. I like the personal approach from the instructors after the class welcoming questions and interaction. It's always nice to be greeted by name as well when entering the studio.
I like the yoga clothes and sales. I bought a T-shirt for my sister-in-law...."Talk to the Hamsa". She is a yoga instructor in Albuquerque but not a Core Power studio. She said she gets lots of compliments.
I wish there was a Core Power Studio in Kitsap County, WA state. There are a couple in the Seattle area but that is over an hour away. So when I visit Puget Sound I have to put my membership on hold and find other ways for exercise. I play soccer and soccer is big in the Pacific NW, but there would be a demand for Core Power in Kitsap County. Preferably Central Kitsap. If there are communities of WA people who will play soccer in the rain, you can bet there will be people who will love to do Core Power yoga....especially during the long, dark winter months.
It is nice to see the studio actively cleaning the studio mostly between classes. Lots of sweating going on. The showers are very nice. The locker room can be very cramped a lot of times and lines for toilet and showers. Some people have to leave a class early to get their shower in before going to work, etc. The carpet in the locker room is getting a little smelly. The lockers get a work out and repairs are done often. I greatly appreciate borrowing a studio lock for a locker as I keep forgetting to bring one with me.
I love the Boot Camp I attended. What a challenge!
I appreciate the price breaks for the more "mature" age group.
Mahalo for being in Kaka'Ako Ward area. I should try the studios in Kahala Mall and Kailua. I'm sure I would not be disappointed.
Solid sequences with good instruction.
Awesome instructors! (e.g., Stephanie P., Sommer, Christina, Ashley!) Love Liann’s classes—such beautiful and inspiring classes, I really appreciate all the positive energy, joy, kindness, compassion, etc, that I absorb from her classes! So excited that Nisreen’s now at Ward!
The different types of Yoga provided.

Good location, nice studio and friendly teachers. Namaste!
