There’s a nice variety of classes that are provided all throughout the day. It’s so nice to finally have a workout available that fits my crazy and unpredictable schedule!

The yoga sculpt class was the hardest thing I ever tried! Lol! But I made it through without passing out.

I love the yoga C1 and C2 classes that are late in the evening. I usually work until after 6pm and it gives me a lot of options on which days I want to go to class.

like the two studios, so there isn't a mad rush to find a place to unroll your mat (like at Kahala).

Like the general cleanliness of studios, bathrooms and showers.

Yoga scuplt was an awesome host high energy class! Emily is a great instructor and kept everyone motivated, I'll definitely be back!

Great Yoga class, kicked my butt but I loved every min. Instructor was great as well and helped students try and get poses!!! Definitely a must Go!!!!
