I had my first class with Anna, and it was fantastic. She pushed the class at just the right pace and was encouraging throughout. Her focus was "the self" and it made the practice as well as the over-all experience more powerful. I would highly recommend CorePower Yoga if you want to get a killer workout and leave feeling powerful and calm.
I like the hot yoga and sculpting class. It is more than just stretching and meditation. I also like having the clothing products for sale so we can get what we need in one place.

I love the Yoga Sculpt class with Beverly on Sunday morning. She's very energetic and the class is always upbeat, fun, but tough.
All of the studios have excellent instructors, are clean, calming, and welcoming. The classes are the perfect balance of relaxation and a fantastic workout. My favorite class is sculpt as it combined my two favorite forms of exercise: weight training and hot yoga.

I like the people everyone is super friendly and positive energy in the space. I enjoy the music and playlist and the differences in instructors. I will say this that I know the instructors alway ask if they can make adjustments and I love it when they do. I think it shows that they are very involved in their teachings and I think it deepens my practice. I would like to see more hands on adjustments, things like fixing postures and making the students aware of how they can improve their flow. I think as a teacher with less saying it and more adjusting makes the class have a more personalized feel. I agree the teacher should voice to the students to make adjustments but I'm referencing hands on touch. I just think it's lacking in comparison to other studios.
That being said ...I still LOVE CORE POWER:)

I love how friendly and welcoming the instructors are. I'm fairly new to yoga, having only done a few classes here or there; the instructors made sure I was learning and having a good time, as well as feeling welcome to the studio.
I have had great experiences in every class I have taken at CorePower! They're a great, energizing workout, and I always feel motivated to keep working towards my fitness goals after each class.
I love the location, the atmosphere, the teachers I have encountered. It really seems like everyone there has a passion for yoga and helping others.

Five aspects of Corepower Yoga I enjoy most are the heated practices, remix playlists, the boutique and cleanliness, any instructor assists in postures especially savasana, and the staff members are always friendly.

I LOVED the first sculpt class I did last night. It was everything I wanted in a workout, with the yoga, core work, cardio, and arms. It was engaging and challenging, but I also felt as though I could do it.
