I have taken classes with at least 10 different instructors, and every one has been a great experience. I look forward to the HBF class every Sunday morning, and I have 4 other people who are now starting to join me. I always feel encouraged, pushed, and better than when I came in.

The classes I've attended have been outstanding. The entire studio is very clean and well kept. The retail area has a large amount of variety to choose from.

I always have a great time when I take class because it moves quickly but I know what is coming. The teachers provide helpful assists but I can also enjoy the quiet solitude of practice undisturbed if I want. Thanks!
