I love CPY at Merrifield. I go to others around the area but this one is my favourite. Great evening classes and a lot of variety. Instructors are uplifting, encouraging, and helpful. Very friendly and caring. I’ve not taken many classes other than all the C1 offerings, but love this studio.

I love your free trial setup! I've always wanted to try yoga and fitness classes, but am so put off by free trials that collect payment information and only run for one class - it's so hard to tell if something fits my lifestyle and makes me feel good after only one class, especially since I have back problems.
