Merrifield CPY is among the studios I visit and greatly contributes to my feelings toward CorePowerYoga.

i really enjoy the c1 class, it’s simple, effective and the instructors really help you master poses. i appreciate that so much.

I enjoy the style of teaching. It’s just the right pace with individualized attention as needed. The studio atmosphere has the vibe I was looking for. I like that there are fusion / strength type classes but also candle light classes. I like the progression of classes offered and look forward to trying them all!

Maria was awesome! The workout was challenging but the music kept me motived. I will be returning!

The facilities are inviting, clean and modern. The customer service is friendly and engaging. The coaching/instructor staff are knowledgeable and lead quality classes, including hands on adjustments and corrections. The locker rooms and shower areas are also excellent and convenient.
