I've enjoyed all of the classes I've taken so far. The staff is friendly and so welcoming, the studio is beautiful and clean and the classes are high energy yet grounding - you definitely get in a good SWEAT! I'm so glad I finally gave CPY a try. Will definitely be getting a membership.

I enjoyed the heated room (not too hot) and the 75 minute sculpt class. Great time for a friendship class!
Solid C2 classes with thoughtful instructors. Challenging but fun Sculpt classes. I'm especially impressed by Mercer, who keeps things real and positive.

I LOVE CorePower and got hooked on it visiting family in San Diego, DC and Boston, but I live in Brooklyn, NY so it is not feasible for me to attend classes regularly. If there were studios that were anywhere in Manhattan and/or Brooklyn, I would buy an unlimited monthly.

Facilities are immaculate, Classes are HOT! Buyers for the boutique know what they are doing -- great selection. Classes cover all the basics -- yoga, sculpt, cardio all in an hour.
