I like that the teachers are friendly and take time to get to know you. The studio is very clean and always warm and the products for sale are always rotating. It seems there's something new to buy all the time!

I took Sculpt on Tuesday and the instructor was motivating, fun, and had great musicality.
I took C2 on Wednesday and loved the sequence and class theme.
I can't wait to take some more classes before I head back home to Raleigh.

Consistent high quality classes, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a promised challenging class.
I really enjoy the classes and the flexibility - instructors don't force me to participate in everything and I can push my limit as much or as little as I want. I also love the clean locker rooms!
