Very impressed with the "front door manager" who was on-duty for my first-time visit, and who also gave me my haircut/MVP experience ("Kori", on February 11th in Regina, SK). She was very effective in explaining the SportClips franchise model and customer experience -- covering all the bases, but also in such a personable way that it did not feel cookie-cutter. And I was continually being given additional reasons to come back a second time (my first was prompted by a coupon) -- which is no small feat for a customer like me!
A very nice haircut. Especially considering my two year old boy was very nervous. She did a good job to re-assure him, and did a great job for a boy who was not sitting still.

Firstly, your stylist was extremely informative and friendly, as well as supportive in that she stated that she would help me feel totally comfortable about my hair cut, before leaving. And, not only that, that I may return if unsatisfied for any reason. The stylist took the time, as well, to recommend products that will support my haircut and style (hair care service).
Everything from the greeters to the stylest that cut my hair. Very professional and friendly.
