The person cutting my hair (Danni) made it very clear that when she was done, if I wasn't happy with the length, she would take some more off. The haircut was well done and I enjoyed the MVP treatment. Danni was also pleasant to talk with.

My stylist was very friendly, the service was great for the price and my cut was excellent.
Felt comfortable going there as this device caters to men versus having to go to a hair salon. Also very professional at explaining the services provided and the care taken to reassure all instruments and towels etc. Are clean. The staff was very curious.

This was our second visit to the Grasslands location and while the first was good, this visit was great. My 4 year old does not usually like the clippers and we end up holding his head just to get the bulk of his hair removed. This time, the stylist took her time, even though they were really busy and turning people away, and made my son laugh and she kept saying what a good job he was doing. So he sat very still and let the stylist do her thing. I believe the stylist said she was an assistant manager and even though she kept having to run up to the front to deal with more walk-in's (and turn them away because they were full for the night), she always said excuse me, I'll be right back and sorry for having to step away. I do think this store could use at least one more stylist during the 5-8PM time range due to the number of people who kept walking in. She had great customer service skills and kept her cool even with one unpleasant customer. Thanks for making our visit s great experience and we'll be back for sure as my son's hair seems to grow at the speed of a weed.
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND EXCELLENT HAIR CUT
Fast, friendly service. I took my son to SportClips and he recived an awesome hair cut. He was very happy. He also likes the idea of a sports theme where he can watch sports on TV while getting the hair cut.
I do not believe there was a negative. I was a walk in and waited less than 5 minutes. Everyone was really friendly.
