The studios and locker room are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. All of the C1 teachers that I have had are great and each has their own style so it keeps the class interesting. The staff and teachers are friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the personal approach towards clients; the space feels more intimate than a regular gym/work out space. The instructors are approachable and always willing to help out. I also appreciate the fact that instructors make an effort to remember the names of the members (especially that my name is hard to pronounce).
