I love the presentation of yoga at core power
My Instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Yoga craft. I enjoyed how she spoke of letting go of negative thoughts and filling the mind with pleasurable ones. She had a lit of great yoga life lessons. Thank you Core Power Yoga for filling my day with happiness!
