Love the workout. I’ve only done the C1 classes but love the pace and how great I feel afterwards. The facilities are super clean and all the staff has been helpful and friendly.

Nikita is a great instructor. She's clear in her instruction and motivates me to push beyond my limits. The class leaves me feeling mentally and physically restored.

I definitely recommend her 12:15 pm Sculpt class to friends and colleagues.
