The teacher was very knowledgeable unlike some of the other ones. He trains with Sean Haleen, that's why. He gave good cues, and was helpful
Overall still like the instructors and classes, however you're short staffed and it shows/it smells. My nose knows the studio clearly wasn't cleaned properly in between classes. With all the sweating, that's gross and unhygienic.

The instructors are awesome (Gabby, Melissa Mae, Brooke C) are some of my favs. The studio/locker rooms are always super clean. They have the best retail selection in the city. Overall my favorite studio in the city!

The teachers are so energetic, down-to-earth people who you want to be friends with! It's also a great work out and I always walk out of the studio feeling 10 times better than when I walked in.

Two nits: have a bin for used mats right outside or near the studio and towels for taking a shower would be amazing! Other classes in the same price range provide hand towels for class and towels in the locker room.

The studio is large and clean, I have space in class, even when they’re full. The facilities are great and never too crowded to get ready in the mornings. And I learn different things from all of the instructors, who have all been attentive and clearly know their stuff. I’ve been to a few other CorePower studios, and I think Fremont is my favorite!
Love the teachers and vibe at this location best. Always room in class and routine is different every day!
