The instructors are amazing. The energy is amazing. The space is amazing. I basically always leave feeling my happiest (and sweatiest, most exhausted) self.
I love the variety of classes and numerous classes offered throughout Each day. And all of your instructors are great. The only minor downside is the men's locker room can be a bit messy and maybe consider shampooing or replacing the carpet tiles.

The classes have been great so far. Each one presents a different challenge, which I enjoy because it makes each class unique. Today was really helpful when Allison recommended mats for me and how to use a towel in the meantime. Looking forward to the next class. :)
