The teacher Jessica was awesome! The class kicked my booty and it flowed so nicely. I really enjoyed it. Was henperfect level of difficulty I look for in my sculpt class. I was a bit sad at how customers treated your facility but it's one of the busiest locations I've ever been to so it's understandable.
Great location, nice studios, and the locker room is clean and nicely appointed.
The class schedules fit my early AM preference, with lots of options.
My only complaint or suggestion is about the instructors. Some -- like Teal B -- are awesome, and some -- unmemorable names -- are terrible. Not so much variation on Y2 classes, but on the sculpt classes having a barking instructor with really bad music and no flow to their routine is such a let down. It made me go sample Ritual Hot Yoga, after having been a CPY loyalist.
I understand the schedules change and instructors have lives, but the thing is the gap btw good and bad is so huge, its really dented my adoration for your program.

Love all the classes and instructors - especially Jacob, Lexy and Martha! Suggestions for improvement would be larger locker rooms and provide makeup remover in the ladies locker room.

I love the heat and added weights to my yoga practice. I felt like the classes I took were amazing and even brought a friend with me to one. Once you go to one class you become hooked.

The classes are excellent! Love the instructors and their passion.
Only comment is that they need to wipe the floors as its dusty and there is sweat on the floors. I started sneezing during class of the dust that has accumulated.
Cleanliness is huge so please take time to clean before each class.
Also, the classes at time seem too packed..
The classes and teachers are amazing and I would 100% recommend that part of the experience to my friends. But when I do recommend it I warn my friends about how awful the and small the facilities are. I just recently cancelled my black tag membership because for the amount of money that I was paying, the facilities were not making it worth it. Sculpt is one of the best work outs but if I can't comfortably shower and get ready for work or dinner after class. It was a really tough choice but most people are looking for a whole experience when paying that kind of money in San Francisco.
