The consistency of the classes and staff that seem to know a lot about how to be safe in poses. I've only hurt myself once at CPY when I was using straps. Yet, at other studios I have hurt myself and I think it is due to instructor incompetence. I love it at CPY and couldn't be more happy with an opening at Bridgeport Village.
