I am very much a beginner at yoga and the classes have been awesome, inviting, and honestly some of the best workouts I have had all summer. I love to lift weights and cross train but the yoga sculpt class has been unreal both fun and challenging.

The sculpt classes are always the challenge I'm looking for! It's also the only class that is consistent! The HPF class is top notch when there's a reliable instructor who knows how to use the humidifier! The facilities are gorgeous! It would be great if any of the 20 lockers actually locked!

Cleanliness, ambience, friendly staff and consistency
The instructor Amy was great. She did a great job walking around the room, giving good cues and she made adjustments. The only concern was the humidity in the class. It definitely got hot towards the end of the class. Amy tried to make it cooler but the system would not cool down.

I love the Yoga Sculpt Class! I try to never miss a Wednesday night Katya O is Awesome! Love her class. It is super hard, but it feels so good once I am done and sweated and succeeded. It makes me feel empowered. Thank you Katya!
Friendly yogis
Good teachers and well kept facility. PLEASE fix the lockers in the women's room. They haven't worked for a year and it's unacceptable. I don't feel safe leaving my belongings in an unlocked locker
Great facility and class! Only thing I recommend is for the yoga mats to be replaced. The one that I had rented is SO old and smelly.
Customer service is outstanding!
The studio is clean and the teachers are wonderful. I never leave feeling like I didn't work my butt off and that what I want in my yoga classes!
