The physician reviewed X-rays and had me carry out a number of body movements. He quickly diagnosed that the problem causing pain in my shoulder and tingling in my arm was caused by a nerve in my neck.
The physician and staff seemed to genuinely care about the reason I came in. The check in process was quick and the ability to fill out required forms electronically was a welcome surprise.
