Great staff, efficient services. I'm 76 years old with a knee problem. I made an appoint to see Dr. Picerno. With in ten minutes I had a full set x-rays for my right knee. Dr. Picerno diagnosed the problem and discussed the methods of treatment for my problem. We agreed one regimen and procedure which I felt was the right one. Right now my knee feels like I'm fifteen years old again, no pain, and have full range of motion. Would recommend JOI to everyone.

It was just a very pleasant experience. Doctor was very knowledgeable and identified my problem quickly.
From check in to meeting with the Dr everyone was very professional. Dr Frykberg explained everything and what my course of action would be.
Yesterday someone from Baptist called me to schedule the injections the Dr prescribed but could not help me because she couldn't schedule for Baptist Nassau
very friendly staff but online form verification is not obvious after being submitted,
no reply from system for all the documents edited or filled out, only a partial acknowledgement that documents were signed
