Everyone is so kind. My appointment was at 12:50 PM. I arrived at 12:30 and they took me back. I received four injections in my hand and was out and headed home before 1:30 PM. I always dread afternoon appointments because the doctor's backup increases as time goes by. WONDERFUL people - and best of all the injections are working!
The staff I have dealt with have been pro-active. Very good with analysis, and quick to come up with a plan to correct the problem.
