Dr Timothy Hastings is terrific - he asks questions and actually listens, then recommends the best course of action. My husband and I have both seen him and referred others who are also satisfied with their health outcomes.
Doctors are highly regarded. Appointment was easy to schedule. Little to no wait time after check-in is a big plus. Dr. Perry is efficient and listened attentively to all the issues I was seeking treatment for.

Atmosphere and professional
Everyone at every customer touch point was very positive and very capable at their job. This is becoming rare these days. I arrived early and was seen early. Imagine that!? Sometimes the Doctor is great, but their support staff is not so great. Other times the support staff is great and the Doctor not so much. My experience was that both Dr. Kaplan and everyone I interacted with was great. Thank you so much for making my visit a very positive experience. I know that's not easy with all the stresses and challenges the staff and Doctor have with the seemingly unending patient needs.
