All staff were exceptionally friendly. I felt like the Dr. listened to me carefully and I got very good advice.
Best area for improvement: the waiting room process. Go check out Boorland Groover. They have a message crawler that continually tells the status of all Doc. "Dr. Smith is 27 minutes behind." I'll wait as long as it takes because I know things happen, AS LONG AS I know what the wait is likely to be. As I waited yesterday at the 30 minute late point I had no idea if it was going to be 5 more minutes, an hour more, or never (like if my chart got misplaced). Both the nurses/techs and the Doc apologized for the wait when I finally got to the back, but by then it was way too late. A quick heads-up during my wait would have gone a long way to creating an outstanding customer experience. A packed waiting room with NO INFORMATION is a very sad place as people look around at each other, with no way knowing how many people are head (ie waiting for the same Doc).

When you walk in a place for the first time, you realize the food or services are excellent when you see a line of people waiting to be serve. If you checked in on line in advance helped some as well.
The staff and drs were great. Their main goal was a plan executed to fit your needs with the healing process.

It was wonderful going to a specialist and not having to wait hours to get in after your appointment hurry come and gone to staff and the doctor we’re very nice and professional and explained everything any questions you had answered
JOI functions as a team and each person is an integral part contributing to the whole experience. Everyone I interacted with (receptionists, surgery scheduler, physician's assistant) was well trained, kind and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder for his expertise in shoulder replacement surgery, his detailed attention and answers to my questions, and his wisdom in providing all the post op care I needed. He understands that it takes a "village" to promote healing. He had me stay overnight in the hospital and set up In-Home Physical Therapy for two weeks. My recovery is going better than expected snd I am so grateful to the whole staff. It is a busy place and sometimes the wait is long, but it is worth it!

Dr. Snyder was very professional and thorough, tentative to my needs and expectations .Christine was all over my fmla met life paper work , followed up with me the second day to submit balance of my fmla paper work to assure that everything was true and correct .The entire staff made me feel at home and as if I were their top priority from start to finish of my initial appointment.
