Drs take their time to explain what they feel is happening (the reason why you went to see them). What can be done about it. Appts are on time.

Dr. Freeman and the whole surgical team was so fabulous.

Very helpful, friendly and efficient front desk people. Very competent Nurses and X-ray staff. But most of all, JOI has the most competent Doctors. They are thorough in their examinations. They explain things in easy to understand language. Their diagnosis is on target. And they always make me feel better!
