Wait was reasonable. Office clean. Office staff friendly and helpful. Medical team all patient, competent, and helpful. I appreciated that Dr. Madden took the time to answer my questions.I appreciated having the source of my pain identified and explained. I appreciated that she outlined the continuum of interventions that could be utilized if my condition should warrant such intervention. I appreciated that she wanted to start with the least invasive type of treatments first such as the cortisone injections and hand brace.

All employees I’ve encountered have been Professional but everyone is also kind and helpful. Been seeing Dr Von Thron for about 10 years and he’s replaced both of my knees. I have arthritis all over and he’s been so kind and thorough in helping me get through with all my aches and pains. I highly recommend JOI.

I like the location, I think the doc (Timothy Hastings MD) is great! He takes his time, explaining everything as he goes, he's alo very personable and has a great demeaner about him. No question is too insignicant for him to answer.
