Usually on time but the last appt I had the Dr. Was over an hour LATE!!
Everyone at the JOI was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Picerno and his staff were
efficient and very knowledgeable. There was no waiting for anything and all that had to be done was taken care of right away. When the appointment was over and we were back at the scheduling desk, I appreciated that he asked his scheduler to get me an appointment for a hip replacement as soon as someone else canceled. Dr. Picerno gave me a left hip replacement four years ago and now it is time to do the right hip and I am looking forward to excellent surgery and the process afterward. I would recommend Dr. Picerno, his staff, (his xray technician) and the JOI very highly. So far, so good.
Able to talk to a live person when calling, able to get an appt, PT admin/coordinators were very helpful

I got my hip replace here, The results was very good, The people who work with me AJOIN Baptist was. There is fashional and very friendly courteous and attentive. They made me feel like I genuinely add there concern and and they cared. About my well being first like out I don't want to get better

My regular Dr. Solsa, has always been the prefect doctor, he has patience, courtesy and professionalism. Since 2005, I've been going to JOI. With one exception Dr. Bell isn't nice to blacks, now, if he's racist I can't say, but my experience with wasn't pleasant and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone
Responsive, efficient and caring. I did not have to wait but a brief moment. The Doctor explained everything in a professional manner and was considerate of my concerns.
Everyone was so efficient and very very polite . They answered all my questions and they made sure I was comfortable and wasn't in pain.
