Only waited a few minutes to be called in. Amazing since was a new patient. The intake personnel were exceedingly friendly and efficient. The doctor was great. Empathetic, listened and explained the issues with my condition and possible treatment options, without any pressure to decide at the time. So unlike some of his younger docs who show little concern and sufficient kindly bedside manner that helps a patient to relax and truly be able to understand their options. The doc I saw was a solid 10!
