Dr. Bonsall listened to my problems with my shoulder and gave me localized treatment while I was there. I offered me additional testing if it didn't help. Staff was kind and courteous too.

The office is very nice. Efficient and professional but didn’t rush me. I had an accident and received a referral from the clinic that took my X-rays.
Down side was When I called for an appointment they had the referral but no X-rays and no electronic transfer. I was thinking this was going to be an issue. Luckily my husband could pick them up and take them to JOI. (Not sure how that would have worked if he wasn’t here since I was pretty banged up and couldn’t drive. )
I gave JOI a 10 as once received they got me in first thing on a Friday morning! (The next day)
