Once they saw me every thing happened quickly
I was seen on time, I was actually early so X-rays were done prior to my appointment time which allowed the PA to diagnose quickly. We agreed on a course of treatment ( injection) into my knee. The injection was absolutely painless and I didn’t realize the PA had started the injection until it was almost done.

Everyone in the office was very nice and accomodating. The gals at the front desk could be better at greeting, smiling and making you feel welcome. In and out time was good.

I met with Dr. Gould regarding a foot issue that I had been dealing with. X-rays of my foot were taken & in minutes they were examined & reviewed. Dr. Gould was excellent in discussing my condition-he was very personable & so confident (with lots of knowledge) on how we go forward with my foot problem. He discussed surgery & went over each step of the surgery & the recuperation details. He also recommended several things I could do now to help with the pain & those suggestions are working! I feel 100% sure he is the right Dr. to perform my surgery.
I have been a patient there and had surgery about 6 years ago. Very efficient and everything is well explained. Staff are very nice.

Dr. B mentioned many solutions that I didn't want to hear, but in a way that kept the meeting positive. I am going with his diagnosis and recommendations and will return in two months and see what the results are.
