I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated and the care I received at JOI. From start to finish, I was made to feel valued and cared for, and that my health was the top concern. I was consistently asked if the X-ray movement was okay, if I was uncomfortable, or if I needed anything. From there it was literally minutes before I was seen by the PA who explained everything expertly and then the doctor. My visit felt as though I was visiting with a caring friend about my knee issue. I walked away feeling optimistic about my treatment based on my interactions and care from JOI. I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I have had this level of care. I cannot recommend JOI enough.
