It took three weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Gregory Smith, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and welcoming. I was seen right on time for my scheduled appointment, which I really appreciated. Dr. Smith was professional, personable, and he took the time to clearly explain his findings regarding my issue. I felt confident in his care. I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone in need of orthopedic attention.
Always on time or even early. Everyone is very pleasant and Dr. Von Thron is wonderful, always calm and explains everything clearly.
From the front desk including medical assistants , scribe and Dr Pujadas. I received the most thorough and courteous care. Every one was so kind and concerned. It was followed by a speedy referral for a MRI.

JOI is the best orthopedic practice I have ever known. I am a retired physical therapist and have a PhD in anatomy. I’ve been around many. They stay on top of everything and do their best to stay on time. Unheard of in orthopedic practices. A special shout out to Dr. Von Thron and his group. They have treated my family extremely well. My experiences with Dr. Graham and his team has also been excellent.
Tha practice clean, professional and makes a sincere effort to do their best for all patients. Great group. Highly recommend without any reservations.
Everyone - from making my appointment to reception, the nurse, the tech and Dr. Keller - were kind, respectful, and appropriately attentive. Service was fantastic from start to finish. I was at their competitor the previous week and was not pleased with their level of service.
Nice parking area. Easy Check in. Short wait in room waiting for Dr Perry. Dr Perry was so nice and professional. Answered all my questions. Check out was easy. The portal has all my visit notes! Smooth visit!
They are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I had a problem setting up in my laptop - wish I could have written result sent in email. Cannot wait to get a shot to help with leg pain. Dr. Young did my first knee replacement years ago - he is definitely a skilled surgeon for JOI.
Only place I will go for my back and hip problems. Dr. Keller is the best. For my foot problem I see Dr. Vosseler. I like him and look forward to working with him to get my foot fixed. I have been a patient of Dr. Keller for 25 years.
Prompt appointments, never have to wait long. Dr Farag listens well and understands a patients concerns. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Patient is taken in almost at the appointed time followed by Doctor visit . Quick assessment & treatment Literature provided at the exit with caution to watch elevated Blood Sugar for the three days If high was advised to inform the doctor

I especially liked my consult with Dr.Bahsali, so sorry I didn’t know him when I went to the other big ortho Dr. for shoulder at the other big practice.
