On time appointment.
The office is very user friendly. I was seen on time. I met with Dr. Kaplan, he interpreted my X-rays and discussed his impressions with me. He concluded that surgery was my best option and referred me for a surgical consult with Dr. Frykberg.
Everyone there is very helpful and kind. I loved that everyone seemed to have a great sense of humor.
And I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bell. He is one of my All time favorite doctors. I wish you could clone him!! His has such a great empathy and is so patient and understanding with us.
I don't know how anyone can't love Dr. Bell!!

Professionalism
Clean and not crowded waiting area
Staff is great and polite. The doctors are awesome and very happy to help and listen to what's wrong.
The staff is very welcoming, very through exams and I love the load/weight bearing X-rays.
Took the time to explain
I arrived a little early and check in was very quick and easy and I was seen even before my appt. time. I was there because I previously went to Dr. McGinley in Fleming Island and he did surgery on my knee. I saw Dr. Kaplan and he was so much more professional and I felt more comfortable with what he was saying. The Fleming Island location is so much more convenient for me but I will continue to go see Dr. Kaplan.
The only negative is the lack of parking. The lot is always full.

I had an early morning appt. so I got through all the prelims quickly. The advance registration on my home computer worked very well. I was able to get an xray in your office instead going to another location. And Dr. Pujadas is a great doctor. He listens and is optimistic about controlling the knee pain. His suggestions of therapy, then shots, etc. with minimum amount of drugs is just what I wanted to hear. Please thank him.

I have been a patient of Dr Pujadas since 1984. He has performed 2 of my 3 back surgeries. 3rd surgery was with Dr Keller. Dr Pujadas was no longer doing back surgeries in 2014.
Your front office staff are friendly. When I call in for an issue it does not take long to fix it.
I like being able to see the Doctor on short notice and short waiting times. Office staff is very helpful and efficient. I like my doctor!
