Appointment made in less than a week from calling in as a new patient. At the appointment,I was examined, xrayed, fitted in a boot. Everything was to efficient and the staff was very caring and professional.

I saw Dr. Richard Picerno at JOI and was pleasantly surprised with his knowledge and his bedside manner. I have been to 5 doctors in Jacksonville and he knew and understood my knee injury and referred me to the specialist I needed to see. He showed concern and asked me how I injured my knee and took the time to listen and look at my knee.
