This was my first visit to JOI in many years and my first appointment with Dr. Carlos Tandron. I arrived an hour early and was pleasantly surprised to be seen almost immediately. The staff were extremely helpful and I found the facility to be top notch. Everything was clean, orderly, and led to a very pleasant experience.
Dr. Tandron's assistants were the very best. All seemed to be genuinely concerned about my issues. Even the Xray technicians were incredible. Another plus for JOI.
Met Dr. Tandron, and found him to be very professional, personable, and considerate to my lack of knowledge about orthopaedic issues. He took the time to explain everything concerning my condition and made sure I fully understood what he was doing and all treatment options.
In summation, I obviously highly recommend the Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute and will continue to see Dr. Tandron for all my ortho issues. Thanks for everything!

Great visits with Dr Smith. He examined me and ordered tests right away. I saw him Monday with an ongoing issue and by Wednesday I had my diagnosis and a Treatment Plan was set up for me.
Chech in is quick & streamlined with no long waits and you will be seen by your specialist right on schedule.

Doctor Young and Kendell are wonderful. He takes care of your issue and always makes you feel better. Kendell is receptive and can always be relied on to assist you in person or on a call. I'm happy to be under Dr. Youngs care.
