I like everything about Corepower Yoga, the workouts, the instructors, and the facilities. Corepower combines yoga with cardio & strenght training, creating a great overall exercise program. The instructors are grounded in yoga philosophy and meditation priniples creating an over all relaxed environment to help relieve stress.

I always get a sweaty workout - and cardio and yoga at the same time. Favorite, consistent thing about it

All the teachers are incredibly talented, attentive, and make everyone feel very welcome. The studio spaces have a wonderful atmosphere to practice.

Sculpt, C2, great instructors, clean studios, wonderful staff

I like the consistency of the "product", the service, the studio cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. The 930 sculpt class that we took Sunday, August 9th was a great workout. The darling instructor, Nicholas talks very fast but because we are avid sculptors, we were able to keep up....also, the transitions between moves could have been more fluid...demonstrations can be given while the heart rate is still up. In total, it was a wonderful experience. We have attended class at:
CP Freemont, SF, Del Mar, Encinitas and Studio City!
