Allison the instructor was truly kind and warm.
I like the line up of instructors. The facilities have been great, though the front studio is a little small, but the real asset here is the people. The instructors seem to really care about the classes, about the place, about the clients and it makes the whole experience better.
I like that when I check the schedule I know what a class is going to be like by the instructor. How intense, how slow and introspective, how fun and playful. It keeps me coming for more classes and looking forward to every week there.
