Jim G's Core Power 2 Yoga class was WONDERFUL. He offers such a unique, invigorating, powerful class with the perfect amount of flow, breath work (love that he incorporated some Kundalini breath of fire into the sequence), and brings his students into the present moment! His hands on adjustment was the bomb too. Loved his energy.

The class was very enjoyable and the instructor wad extremely helpful in class when describing and explaining positions.

The teachers are generally kind and well prepared. The studio is usually tidy but not clinical, it has a communiy feeling.

I really enjoyed the pace of the class and felt the instructor explained the positions clearly. I found the class physically challenging but emotional and mentally therapeutic. The facility was neat and clean.

Everyone is really nice and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept. Love everything about this studio. And I've been to a few different ones around the us. This one is my favorite.
