I like the convenience as the Tustin studio is only 8 mins from home. Its close to other shopping I do and can shower after class and run errands as needed.
I like the sculpt, hpf and c2 classes. They are a great work out as well as meditative . I literally forget whats going on in my world and outside while im focusing on me and my practice. Coming to CPY has kept me "grounded" and I handle stress much much more efficiently and effectively! I have better balance and inner strength. Im grateful to the instructors at CPY for their guidance and encouragement of my practice.

The instructors that I regularly take class from in Tustin are the main reason it is my studio of choice! I feel genuinely cared for by my yoga teachers here, shown through their investment In my personal growth as a student. I never feel like just a number when I take class here. I think Amber specifically has offered all the students a community to draw upon support both in and out of the studio as she fosters a sense of connection in all her classes. I'm very happy and grateful to have found this studio.
