My husband and I absolutely LOVED Jim’s Core Restore class! His direction, muscle action cues and the variations he offered for each asana were wonderfully descriptive and effective. The music played, his vocal tone and volume were all perfect for this format. The practice was exactly what we needed to reset our bodies and minds for the upcoming week. Thanks, Jim!

The vibe was warm and welcoming. The instructor moved at the right pace. The studio was hot, but not overwhelming or distracting to my practice. I just really enjoyed my experience!

My CorePower class always leaves me feeling refreshed and exhausted at the same time. Exactly what I was hoping for!
I rank it a 9 because I love my instructors. But the studio itself seems to have issues with humidity or something. Maybe it’s just me but it gets very, very damp in there. There was also a flooding issue a few months ago. Hopefully those issues can be fixed.
I really liked the feeling of community that the instructor created in the class. I also liked how encouraging she was to perform as much as we could with how our bodies were feeling that day. The class was very inclusive, challenging, and fun!
Ava is the BEST! She’s the reason I like yoga now :)

Room for improvement: some classes not hot enough so could turn up the heat more, would be fantastic to remove reservations now that restrictions lifting, recommend more c3s!!! I rarely see them anymore
