I love the large open space setting. The variety of instructors and the calm energy when you walk into a dimly lit studio with soft music playing. The location is less than 5 minutes from my home and the open schedule really accommodates my personal time and availability.

Love, love, love Jodie's class on Tuesday mornings at 9:00. My daughter-in-law got me started and I enjoy the workout, sweat, music and encouragement Jodie gives to each member (to include myself). I will be 63 this month and want to keep up a workout with low impact, but cardio. Jodie does this in class beautifully with weights, yoga and hands on direction (if wanted), always with a "Smile". Make this a "Big Smile"!!! I may not want to go to class some days, but after her class I have a "Spring in my step" and a "Smile on my Face".

Each instructor puts their own unique touch to each class, yet all the classes are still very consistent (following CPY principles). I love that the classes are challenging, yet such a blast when combined with music, positivity, and an active environment. The Tustin studio has become a second home to me!
