I've enjoyed my whole experience so far at this location. The diversity of the instructors is good and there are usually enough choices in times for classes I want to take, even though there are only two studios at this locaiton. Everyone I have met so far as been so nice and welcoming and I am looking forward to growing within this community.

Each class is slightly different. Each instructor has their own unique way of guiding the practice. I only wish I could carry that peaceful feeling with me when I walk out of the studio and incorporate the teachings into my daily life. Maybe someday it will happen.

I enjoy the different options of classes this is my first time doing yoga I always thought of yoga beening just stretching out the body its harder than I thought.

The variety of teachers. Their commitment to growth and to yoga. The sense of community that is fostered at CPY.

The different levels of classes offer various ways to stretch muscles and body. I especially like the hot yoga lessons.
